1b445a73e1 mip_quotation.pck addresses #446 (Site Survey Rules) and #465 (Lifting Gear Rules) 
mip_bulk_load.pck moved 'init' to package initialization to allow procedures other than load_all be run in isolation.

6bd177231b Fix for #476(SC4001 & SC4002) and #496(SC2021) Altered works description so that it now gets the meter model for jobs where we need to know the existing meter model. Also set the Service pressure part to get the service pressure from the enquiry rather than the quote items as the quote items only display the high level pressure tier, due to the pricing structure.

76f5017ae3 Fix for #465(SC2012,SC3004,SC3020,SC3008) screens. Have added a condition for each of the references to 'Excluding lifting gear' on the quote. Now if there is Lifting gear item in the quote items then the 'excluding lifting gear' will appear. If there is no lifting gear item in the quote items then the 'excluding lifting gear' caveats will not be displayed on the quote.

3dcf390ee9 Fix for #442(SC1006) added a new function to return if the enquiry has quotes or not. Used by the delete quotes button on the enquiry form to hide the button if there are no quotes to delete.

24c31ebc45 Add calc_meter_reqs to mip_quotation.pck. 
Ensure that all calls to add_quote_reason use correct parameters (mip_quotation.pck).

Change grant from 'CREATE ANY VIEW' to 'CREATE VIEW' in InstallMIP.sql following problems installing 'supporting objects' into MIP_TEST.

a40b896dd5 fix for ticket #365, the code was trying to get the supplier address changed this to the agent address, also the code was never going to get an address as the call to get the address occurred before we got the supplier/agent ids, so it was always passing a null as the supplier/agent id.

eee0364f94 Ensure that only 'current' modules and meters are selected (mip_quotation.pck).

320ce75fcf Changes made for BulkLoad information provided by Gareth on 5th March (new bas_dwg/102M.jpg, csv exports) 
New package mip_debug_constants.pks to be used to store compilation constants for debugging purposes (packages to use pl from mip_debug).

mip_quotation.pck modified to support exchanges based on being provided with an existing model rather than meter size. Changes to the DATAITEM_ROLES.csv to support this new field, impact on mandatory rules captured by mip_helper_special_cases.pck

80ee944d42 The logic that defined how the IP Details/IP Mbar fields were to be validated was incorrect. The DATAITEM_ROLES.xls spreadsheet states that only IP Details field needs to be mandatory when service pressure is IP, the IP mbar field is optional.
