PriestJ e1ec77e9f9 Altered install scripts so that UAT and LIVE do not look for the apua.ctl file (this is now handled in seed data directory). Also fixed for ticket #517 AssociateSchema.sql and SetSubstitution.sql scripts so that they only update the current application rather than all the applications in the current workspace.
