Works completed at home, Started system process, added various notes to other sections, build an ugly initial system process diagram. Had a bit of a think about scope, although the cost of the project may mean that this gets padded out a lot more, also added photo picture of DH&GW's flipcharts of the data required for the questionnaire.

metering_site_survey_determination.pdf

Added a bit more to the main process section (clarified a few things), added a definition drawing for how the system determines whether the quote is going to be automatic or not. Added a pdf to show how they determine whether a job needs a site survey or not. Also added some stuff in the users section (this is sort of finished although some more security wording would not go amiss)
