made changes to enquiry screen so that files can be uploaded. Altered Menu(added create enquiry). Altered no tabs template, css and images so that NG Communications would be happy with the spacings, look and feel etc. Altered required label with help template so that it displays an asterisk for required fields.

added watermark file to be displayed on pdf quotes (test_watermark.jpg) delete it from the application images screen if you don't want it displayed on the pdfs

Added #APP_VERSION# to 'NO TABS' footer - will show the date of the last application change. This might just be a temporary change for testing purposes (might be better to show a SVN revision when in production?)
