After some clarification on AMR/EMS and removals from GW have updated the bespoke or standard workflow so that we can automatically quote for EMS and for certain removal jobs (LP Diaphragm, LP Rotary/Turbine <=6")

Had a bit of a think about scope, although the cost of the project may mean that this gets padded out a lot more, also added photo picture of DH&GW's flipcharts of the data required for the questionnaire.
