hardya	dbcb349c45	Addresses #269, #280, #306. ... Add processing to make it clearer which application build has been produced and to link the schema with the correct application (AssociateSchema.sql, SetSubstitution.sql, bulk_load.sql and InstallMIP.cmd) Changes to schema: METERS now have 'MESC_CODE'. hardya	6dd271eb4c	Changes to 'mandatory' processing to address #270.
