Added a bit more to the main process section (clarified a few things), added a definition drawing for how the system determines whether the quote is going to be automatic or not. Added a pdf to show how they determine whether a job needs a site survey or not. Also added some stuff in the users section (this is sort of finished although some more security wording would not go amiss)

The master document will contain all the sections of the functional spec, have entered a initial Introduction document to get things started. I'll add a whole load of extra sections (documents) in due course.
