PriestJ	270e70467c	Added a bit more to the main process section (clarified a few things), added a definition drawing for how the system determines whether the quote is going to be automatic or not. Added a pdf to show how they determine whether a job needs a site survey or not. PriestJ	59e1cb9c1a	The master document will contain all the sections of the functional spec, have entered a initial Introduction document to get things started.
